Been dancing around this beer at my local Dan Murphy’s for some time now as to whether or not to try it out! It seemed to be a slow moving beer, then another Dan Murphy’s helped me make my mind up by sticking it the cheap bin and couldn’t turn away a sub $2 bottle of this beer with still plenty of life left on it’s best before date.
This pale ale poured a hazy orange/brown colour with a thin beige head. It has a great sweet citrus (orange) and floral aromas with hints of honey. Sweet malty honey flavours coming through yet not a heavily hopped or bitter thin bodied ale.
Overall a good tasting sessional beer, which now aided in me buying a few more styles of beer from this brewery to review in coming weeks.
