Cooper’s Celebration Ale
Twist Top! Pours a cloudy copper colour with a short lasting head, although well carbonated as you’d expect from this established brewery. The malt aromas come through more than the fruity hops scent. Has a mild malty sweetness, and a slight fruity hop bitterness.
Not a bad beer, but I prefer a beer with more flavour and heavier hopped.

This is a Belgian style IPA Tripel
Pours a slightly cloudy orange golden colour with not a very big head and good carbonation. A clever blend of hops gives this beer a nice spicy, grapefruit, passion fruit apricot Aroma. Flavours evident are the fresh sweetness of pineapple and passion fruit from the hops complementing the malt.
An enjoyable sweet flavoured Belgian IPA. Highly rated in my books and I’ll have to get a few more from the brewery when my source is in that neck of the woods again as bottled supplies in Brisbane dried up pretty quick as it being a limited release.
Yet another bottle with great artwork!
